Ultimate Dance Training recognizes our obligation to make sure students and their parents are aware of the risks and hazards involved in the sport of dance. By signing this waiver, you release Ultimate Dance Training from all claims on account of an injury, which may be sustained by your child while attending any online, or in-person session. 
By participating in activities with Ultimate Dance Training, you grant permission for the studio to use photographs or videos taken during classes, performances, or events for promotional purposes on the studio's website, social media, and other marketing materials. If you have concerns about specific images, please communicate your preferences with the owner. Your participation implies consent to the use of such media for promotional purposes by Ultimate Dance Training.
